My name is Cassa Hanon. I run my own advisory focused on team and leadership development, specifically for leaders and organizations who want to enhance their innovation capabilities.
I’m currently available for consulting engagements.
I’m based in Seattle, able to travel, and experienced presenting and facilitating both in person and online. I’ve worked with for profit and nonprofit organizations in a variety of industries.
I have enjoyed the variety that a career in technology brings, leading teams at Boeing, Weyerhaeuser, Starbucks, Disney, Oracle, and various startups. I earned a BS in Computer Science from Washington State University, an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and the Stanford GSB LEAD Certificate in Leading Corporate Innovation.
Executive Educator & Coach
I facilitate Executive Education courses as a contractor for Stanford GSB’s LEAD program, working with participants all over the world. I also provide Executive Coaching to individuals in a variety of roles.
Customized Workshop Facilitator
I work with organizations to design and deliver corporate training workshops and offsite meetings customized to meet assessed learning needs and to provide the desired inspiration. Workshops may include Design Thinking, Ideation and Experimentation, MBTI, Immunity to Change, Stress Management, Board Leadership, and process design.
Change Agent
With extensive experience in project and product management, I drive positive process and people changes that contribute to a culture of innovation.
Today, I consult for a variety of international organizations and am a frequent lecturer at conferences and continuing education programs. I serve on advisory boards for several nonprofits and engage with incubator and accelerator programs to foster innovation.
